Working with Teams
- Launching Products and Services – I work with teams, some put together just for this purpose, others that already exist, to help launch a new product or service or to reach a new market. I use a coaching approach and my marketing background to give the team structure and support to achieve their goals.
- Team Coaching Sessions – I also run coaching sessions for teams using many of the tools from my individual coaching practice.
Executive Coach:
Working with Individuals
- Executive Coaching – face-to-face or on the phone, I work with people to set and achieve goals. Sometimes those goals are related to their current jobs, other times people are trying to develop new skills so that they can advance, change jobs, or even start new businesses and change careers. - Sher Success Teams – several times each year, I run a Sher Success Team which is an 8-week workshop designed by Barbara Sher, NY Times Best Selling Author of Wishcraft. Participants move through a series of steps to identify a specific goal and move towards achieving it.

Working with Organizations
- Business Strategies and Organizational Direction – I work at the top levels of an organization as an idea catalyst and a pragmatic sounding board for strategy and major strategic projects. I help executive teams review the demand landscape and set an appropriate direction.

- Idea Generators, Professional Service Providers, and Foundations – much of my work focuses on people and organizations with ideas to share. I work with authors, consultants, trainers, product developers, and program officers.
